Rebuilding the MasculineMen, their role in civilization and their masculine nature has changed over the course of time. A cycle is shown of the roles and nature of men. The cycle spins between levels of chaos, order and confusion. This cycle is illustrated in Fight Club and the role that masculinity has in the lives of men. The first two stages of the cycle are not shown, but implied as common knowledge. The story picks up at the stage of confusion: at the time when there seems to be a loss of the male’s masculine nature (which is due to the feminist movement and the rise of consumerism). black love

last day of summerI have always wished that my life had some fiction to it. That either I was fiction, or I could create great fiction. You see then, I would know that in the end, I would get my happy ending. I read a lot. I crave the lives of the characters. Sure, they all have their hardships: broken hearts, illness, death, secrets and lies. But when reading, you know, that when you get to the last chapter, when you get to those last few pages, everything will be okay. You know that somehow, the author will find a way to bring blue skies to the lives of those they write about.last day of summer
